Disappointed with appointment time First, I have never had any problems with Quick Lane at Bozard Ford. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 July 31. I walk over to the Outlet Mall and First, I have never had any problems with Quick Lane at Bozard Ford. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 July 31. I walk over to the Outlet Mall and returned to Quick Lane at 11:10. My car was in the same place where I had parked, so I ask the service rep if my car was ready. He asked my name, and I reminded him I had an 9:45 appointment. My car was never serviced until 11:15, I waited another 30 minutes for the completion. Very disappointed that my car was not serviced when my appointment was scheduled. I was given no explanation as to what happened........hopefully, my next experience will be better service! More
