Appointments I had an appointment at 9:00am on Monday July 30th. I arrived at 8:55am went up to Kevin and I failed to tell him that I had an appointment at nine. I had an appointment at 9:00am on Monday July 30th. I arrived at 8:55am went up to Kevin and I failed to tell him that I had an appointment at nine. So I guess I was treated as a walk in which I noticed that my vehicle sat out in the same parking space for an hour before it was taken back for service. I was not pleased about waiting an hour and a half at Bozard. If I knew that I would have been treated like a walk in I would have had my husband pick me up and pick my car up later. I think it would be a good practice in the future to have to representative to ask if you had an appointment. Needless to say I’m over being upset and I have learned from my bad experience to tell whoever I see in the future that I do have an appointment. More

Was very impressed with the level of service Thank you for all the efforts in helping us getting the seat belts repaired. We have had family from overseas and we have been traveling around in the Thank you for all the efforts in helping us getting the seat belts repaired. We have had family from overseas and we have been traveling around in the car and it’s is a great car.I am still very concerned about the seat belts overall, the belts don’t ease up as well as the front seat belts. They seem to lock and not ease up when you slowly pull on them to give more room. It seems to lock and it’s gets uncomfortable for the passengers that the kids move and it tightens up and they complain. More
