Once again Quick Lane performance excels! Came in for usual oil change, Mary signed me in with her usual chipper personality. My 2011 F-150 was done and I asked Mary how the front brake pads w Came in for usual oil change, Mary signed me in with her usual chipper personality. My 2011 F-150 was done and I asked Mary how the front brake pads were wearing. She stated brake pads are not checked without tire rotation service. I stated that I was concerned since the truck has 118,200mi on it and I have had 3 trips this year pulling 20’ RV. The rear brakes were changed by Bozard QL at 85,000mi so I was anticipating the front to wear. Mary stated no problem a technician would check them in 5 min. Guess what, front pads were at 6mm with 118,200mi on them...BUILT FORD TOUGH!!!! Thank you Bozard Ford for continuing to provide excellent service to St. john’s County. More
BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I had to bring my car in for a recall issue, but it turned in to an emergency...my rear door would not stay shut. Allison was amazing! From drop off to pick up, Allison was amazing. My A/C quit the day I needed to leave on a road trip with my kids for a family wedding. She took me in without an appt and let me know they would try and diagnose issue over the weekend then called enterprise and made sure they knew my rental was covered. Then I received text notifications over weekend about vehicle and when it would be done. When I picked up they handled the rental drop off as well! 5 stars all the way!!! More

Overcharged, quote not honored I was quoted $100-125 for my work when checked in. My bill was $198, then reduced to $186 after I complained. The person who quoted and checked me in was gone by the time my truck was finished so I had to pay the higher price. The next morning I called Discount tire and got a quote for the exact same work and was quoted $90. I don't mind paying a little more to go to a dealership, but I feel I was taken advantage of. Was also told 1-1.5 hours and it took 2.5. 2 customers (that I noticed) came in after me and was pulled into shop ahead of me. I tried to make an appointment earlier that day and was told they do not take appointments. Lastly, my oil change monitor was reset to 100%, but I came in for tire services and did not receive an oil change so now I do not know when I am truly due for an oil change. The worst part is that I emailed my service advisor and the quicklane manager, but received no response. I guess my business is not important to them as a loyal customer (or used to be). More
