We appreciate being able to assist Mr. & Mrs. Sams with the purchase of their 2012 Lincoln MKX. The Sams have voiced multiple concerns with their MKX. The service personnel at two different Ford dealerships and Ford Motor Company have been unable to duplicate these problems, which has made them impossible to diagnose. We have an Enterprise office on location at our dealership. It is true that the first day the Sams MKX was brought to our service department that Enterprise had no vehicle available for us to use as a loaner. However, we immediately provided the Sams with a Lincoln out of our inventory in effort to make the situation as convenient for them as possible. We have and will continue to work tirelessly to resolve the Sams issues. However, a manufacturer buyback is not within our control. We have been accomodating throughout the process and will continue to do so. Sincerely, Thom Workman General Sales Manager
