Sales department was awesome. Can't say the same for the service department. Went to get our vehicle serviced and they had reserved us a rental but upon arrival they didn't have any. We had our vehicle for less than 3 weeks and there were numerous issues. They fixed one problem but Jeff, the service writer, made up some terrible excuses because they couldn't find a problem to fix it. Now we have had more issues and they (the service department) doesn't seem to care that we need the vehicle fixed. So just because you spend $45,000 don't expect their service departmentto help you out!! More

I came in for service on my Edge, I walked a way with a new Explorer. From start to finish everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and the entire process was very smooth. I am retired and live on a fixed income. I had a small mishap that resulted in a minor scrape on my rear bumper. Nothing major but still something that I wanted to get fixed. I got a quote from a local body shop but it was a bit pricey and every dollar counts for me. I decided to check with Bozard Ford to see if I might save a little money. I was not sure, since I did not purchase my car from them. I met Bob Hewitt who treated me like gold! You would have thought I had been a life long customer.
