Angela helped me with having the LINE-X liner installed on my 2013 F-150. I had many questions about the application and several other after market products that I would like to purchase. Angela took the time to go ask the mechanics about which products would perform best on my truck instead of just giving me some standard answer. I can tell she was extremely busy but made me feel like I was her only customer for the day. I live in Jax but based on my first experience with Angela at Bozard I would not think about taking the Ford anywhere but to Bozard for service. Thanks for a great experience. More

Our car broke down while traveling from Florida to the Northeast. When I contacted Bozard, St. Augustine, FL, Marcia Nelson answered the call. I explained our situation and Marcia stated that Bozard would Northeast. When I contacted Bozard, St. Augustine, FL, Marcia Nelson answered the call. I explained our situation and Marcia stated that Bozard would do everything they could to help us out. We checked out of our hotel and came to Bozard to wait...they were very accommodating to us and our dog, Maggie. Marcia was very attentive and kept us informed on the diagnostic report, repair status and anticipated cost. When it appeared that the car would not be ready, Marcia drove us back to our hotel where we re-checked in. Later that afternoon Marcia called with the good news that a member of the Bozard team had driven to a Jacksonville dealership and secured the necessary part and the car would be ready by close of business. She drove back to our hotel and picked me up...and even gave me a hug. We were able to continue our journey the following morning. That's what we call service above and beyond. I went it to purchase a new car...Ricky became our salesman. I was all set to purchase a Ford Escape, paperwork was done and I was returning the next day to sign papers. (This was the result of 4 ho salesman. I was all set to purchase a Ford Escape, paperwork was done and I was returning the next day to sign papers. (This was the result of 4 hours of looking at Escapes and getting what features I wanted.) My husband & I took an Escape home for the evening to drive and try out. When we returned the next day, I thanked Rick for all his hrs of patience with me but I did not want the Escape,(I had driventhe Escape but had not sat in the passenger side until that evening.) I was not comfortable in the passenger seat. Rick took a breath and said fine...lets go look at another car. We went to the Edge, I drove it for about 5 minutes, sat in the passenger side---told Rick the seats(both of them) were wonderful and we needed to write up the sales papers today. They found the color, the features, and could deliver it the next day. We returned (the next day), signed the paperwork,and drove home. That weekend we went to a Ford Techology Class to learn how to use "the car". They served food and drinks and had many people there to answer all our questions. BUT, the thing that sold me on the car was when Rick said, "We're not done here until you find the car you want--no matter how long it takes." On a rating from 1-10---with 10 being the best.............I rate Rick a 10 and all the other people that worked on the deal to sell me a car a 10 also. I first went to Jeff (Service Dept.) as he was the person who I had dealings with whenever my Mariner needed maintinance. I trust him and he has never steered me wrong. He walked (not sent )with me and introduced me to Rick. That is service. More
I wrote a review on 1-16-2013 blasting Bozart Ford on the service I recieved on repairs to the truck I purchased at Bozart Ford. Mr. Roberts contacted me to try to correct the situation. Even though I was rude , he convinced to give the dealership another chance. I am glad I did. Mr. Robetts went way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service I recieved. AND is still working to see that all my concerns are resolved. I highly recommend Bozart Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle OR service. I was in for the first time today for an oil change in the Quick Lane and had the pleasure of being helped by Megan and Kevin. They were polite and seemed to have fun at their job. I asked if there were chairs/benches outside for me to sit and wait but, there wasn't. I decided to go out anyway. Less than a minute later, Kevin and Megan walked out with a chair for me. We recently had a problem with our Ford 150 Lariat. The manager and his team kept testing different problems we had with our transmission bumping and jumping. After several trips to have diagnosed they fi manager and his team kept testing different problems we had with our transmission bumping and jumping. After several trips to have diagnosed they finally located plug #7 had a bad coil that allowed moisture to cause the jerking and bumping. They corrected the problem at no charge and it is running fine now. We really appreciate there service to the customer and it was important to them to make us happy. We will no longer travel to Jacksonville for truck purchases or repairs. We were very impressed with Alex and Russell and want to compliment Bozard for having such diligent employees. My alternator died about a 1/8th of a mile from the Dealership. Art R. was driving by and stopped and asked if I needed assistance and said he would send someone to help me. I can't say enough about how I was treated by all the staff a Bozard Ford! They were great and I would recommend this Dealerships Service Dept. to anyone and everyone. I will be back I have found a new Ford home!! More
