6 months ago I raved about my buying experience at this dealership. My new Shelby recently developed a problem and I guess now I was going to get a chance to experience their service department. A phone call put me in contact with Alex Vecerkovic (a Mustang enthuist!) He immediately set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Upon arrival at the dealership, the service manager, Russell Wright, went for a ride with me and located the problem right away! He assured me it would be taken care of. My car was repaired early, it was repaired correctly and was returned to me CLEAN! Car problems are never pleasant; but, it's nice to know Bozard not only knows how to fix cars, they know how to treat their customers as well. More

On my way to FL for a vacation a spark plug blew out of fords titan engine which un none too me is a common problem. After some unpleasant dealings with a firestone dealer i did some research on the comput fords titan engine which un none too me is a common problem. After talking to my friend about FL. ford dealers he told me about Bozard. I went to your dealership for the repair to be confronted with one of the BEST COSTUMER SERVICE PERSON IN A LONG TIME ( MARCIA NELSON ). She is a asset to your company! anyway we got the car checked in, repaired, and i was on my way in a few hours.And my excursion was washed to boot. Turing a bad situation into a pleasant experience is hard to find theses days, getting a repair done in hours when your on vacation is a relief in it self. Being a businessman, just to let you know I would steal Marcia away from you if I could !! She should have a job teaching workers how to treat costumers. ( The people who pay everyone's salary's ). I took my old van to have checked and found that it could be fix but really didn't want to spend that much on repairs. Great vehicle, great price and it was so easy! I have deal with four other dealers in past and this was the best experience by far! Marcia Nelson gives the most personal service I have experienced at any dealership. Her attention to detail was teriffic and when I presented a coupon for savings that was in the paper that day, she pr experienced at any dealership. Her attention to detail was teriffic and when I presented a coupon for savings that was in the paper that day, she promptly reprinted the service charge taking 10% off of my bill. Also, the tech who test drove the car found that the A/C needed attention - a problem I had forgotten to mention. That showed me how much attention was paid to seeing that everything was right. Marcia not only did a great job overseeing the car repair itself, she was exceedingly patient and thorough with helping us get a warranty transfer that required the cooperation of another dealership outside itself, she was exceedingly patient and thorough with helping us get a warranty transfer that required the cooperation of another dealership outside the state of Florida. She checked on the transfer daily, updated us regularly and advised us as to how to proceed when the other dealership was dragging its feet. The saga went on for two weeks before we were finally able to get the transfer made and the work done. Had it not been for Marcia's knowledge, patience and encouragement, we might still be dealing with the problem. As it is, the car is fixed and we both welcomed the genuine hugs given when we picked up our nice, sparkling clean car. Thanks, Marcia ! More
Excellent service! While on vacation, the check engine light illuminated in my 2012 Escape Limited. Concerned I arrived, unexpectedly, at Bozard at about 430 in the afternoon. Even though they were clearly busy, Alek was able to diagnose my truck in a timely manner, while making me comfortable in their customer lounge. After learning it was a minor issue with a TSB issued, Alek reset the light and assured me I would be OK to travel home. I live almost 200 miles away and have a good relationship with my local Ford dealership, but, if I ever move to St. Augustine, Bozard will be my dealership. More
