We were on vacation in St. Augustine and my Ford Five Hundred started acting funny. I found Brozard Ford. When we arrived @3:15 pm, we were met by a young man outside the service dept who quickly sent us in to see Alex Vecerkovic. I explained to him what was happening and he said he could get my car looked at, I had four teens with me as we were en route to the historical St. Augustine when this happened. As with most car diagnosis it wasn't fast, however we did find some things to bide our time. We shopped next door at Gander Mountain and toured the inventory on the lot where we met Brian Krull. He was a pleasant salews professional and I will be in the market for a truck later this year. He was very helpful at taking me around to look at a few vehicles and I must say that was impressed not only with him as a professional but his knowledge of the area as well as his ability to connect with me on a personal level. No one is ever delighted with having to pay for car repairs, my Ford Five Hundred (over 260,000 miles) has never given me a problem so I guess I was due. My experience with Bozard Ford was more than pleasant and they exceeded my expectations. The only thing I found lacking was the Enterprise counter. They lacked person-ability and put me and four fully grown teens in a Ford Focus as a loaner car. It was cramped and not at all an equivalent car to my Five Hundred. I would recommend Bozard to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle or if you are looking for a new or used vehicle go see them ask for Brian or Alex they both know how to treat a customer even if it may be the only time they have to service them! This is why I drive a Ford and I will consider driving here to buy my next one this fall. Thank you both so very much! Michael Weiser More
Experience at Bozard service department was outstanding in all respects. I had a manufactue defect on my Ford focus and brough it in a few days ago and marcia looked at it and immeditely took action to in all respects. I moved to St. Augustine almost 3 years ago and took my 2006 Ford to Bozard largely due to the fact it was located in my neighborhood. Marcia Nelson was extremely helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable. She works quickly and accurately, answers questions (even dumb ones) in a respectful and friendly manner. Marcia was excellent in her role and Luis was very professional. I explained my concerns with Marcia concerning being burned three times in Jacksonville and she went out of her way to ensure my concer professional. She made sure that after being told of the work needed and the cost that I met Luis and she had him show me the affected parts and explain to me what needed to be done. I am not sure I have seen a shop this clean as well as the mechanic. You are to be commended on this as well as the hospitality of the staff I dealt with today (June 7, 2013). As far as the cost, no, I was not elated but who is elated with automotive repair cost these days. I spoke to several other customers there today and asked their opinion of service since this was my first visit and they were very complimentary of the work done for them. I will return for more service work on another truck of mine as long as the same type of experience is present on my return. Keep up the attention to detail and concern for the customer. Marcia was able to get everything done that I needed right away. It turned out that I needed a new battery. She went ahead and found a coupon for me to use for the new battery and and had it waiting for right away. It turned out that I needed a new battery. My wife and I were on our way to visit her Sister in Stuart, Florida. We stopped at a gas station in St Augustine to purchase gas in our 2011 Ford Mustang The gas station was a RaceTrack station. Attempted to put gas in car but would not accept it. There was a gentleman at the station that said a Ford dealership was close by. He got in his car and guided us to Bozard. What a streak of luck. We were so upset!!. We were greeted by Marcia Nelson who right away gave us a Free Hug card, which was really needed. They took the car and checked out the problem and found that the gas station did not have the updated hoses and we needed to use an adaptor for their type of pump. The mechanic showed me the adaptor and not realizing I looked in the trunk and there it was. We can't say enough great things about the welcome we had along with the prompt attention to our problem and the friendliness of the staff. We live in Maryland and this type of Ford dealership is few and far between. For such a large dealership the service and friendliness is unbelievable. The reason my rating for Ms. Nelson was not higher was a miscommunication problem. The dealership is in a different area code than us so Ms Nelson tried to call us but the calls didn't go through because of miscommunication problem. We were able to figure this out through trial and error but it wasn't until after we had turned in a survey that was below expectations. Since that time we have had other chances to work with Ms Nelson and she has done a very good job and we appreciate her being there. More

Purchased Pre owned edge and vehicle was under warranty and the transmission slipped intermittently.....had to continually drive 25 miles one way to have vehicle evaluated.....problem was never fixed....wh and the transmission slipped intermittently.....had to continually drive 25 miles one way to have vehicle evaluated.....problem was never fixed....when decelerating off highway, transmission would slam into lower gear....
