Mr. Jeremy Homar was extremely helpful, genuine and patient. He spent nearly an hour working on my car after the ending of his shift (Without any complaints) to make sure my vehicle was durable for my patient. I was traveling from Ohio to Daytona Beach Florida when our tire blew out. On our GPS we located the nearest Ford dealership, which was Bozard. It was 4:45 on a Saturday and by the time we put the donut on our tire blew out. On our GPS we located the nearest Ford dealership, which was Bozard. It was 4:45 on a Saturday and by the time we put the donut on and got to the dealership it was 5 o'clock on the dot. The services dept had just shut and locked the doors, I was panic struck and desperate, there was no way we would make the 80 mile drive to Daytona Beach. I went into the showroom and introduced myself to Thom Workman and explained our situation. He coudnt have been kinder and was the nicest person I have delt with in a long time! He smiled at me and said it was okay and that he would do what ever he could to help, he walked me back to service where Chris and Dan had not actually left yet and they both agreed to stay and change my tire. I am so great full to these 3 men!!! they saved our vacation. Dan and Chris had our tire changed quickly and we were back on the road to one our best vacations yet. Customer service is hard to find these days but Bozard Ford has it. Thank You so much to Thom who stayed with us the whole time & gave us a great price. And a big thank you to Chris and Dan for changing our tire and staying late on a Saturday. More

The Service Advisor was exceeding helpful in both the selection of the tires I purchased plus her assistance and caring attention at the dealership when I came yesterday to have 4 tires installed. BUT considering that I had an appointment, I have no idea why it took the service department itself to take 3 1/4 hours to install 4 tires when I had an appointment and the car was immediately taken to the shop as soon as I arrived. I consider the actual time for the service to do the work was excessive More
