BROUGHT MY 12 JEEP WRANGLER IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I HAD PURCHASED A USED VAN FOR THIS DEALER SOME MONTHS BEFORE WITH A GREAT EXPERIENCE SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THEIR EXPRESS LANE SERVICE CENTER. I SAW MR RUTCHA, THE DETAIL MANAGER, WHILE WAITING FOR MY JEEP TO BE FINISHED( ONLY A 15 MIUTE WAIT) AND HE REMEMBERED ME AND INQUIRED ABOUT MY VAN. I WAS FLOORED HE REMEMBERED ME BUT ALSO MY PURCHASE SOME MONTHS BEFORE. WHEN MY OIL CHANGE WAS COMPLETED I FOUND MY FILTHY JEEP HAD BEEN HAND WASHED AND WASH SQEAKY CLEAN. The customer service at Bozard is second to none. Living in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simpl in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simple as an oil change I will drive 30-45 minutes down to St. Augustine just to go to this dealership. Having car issues can be a hassle, but at Bozard they make it as easy as possible and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience you can possibly have. Most recently on a service visit I dealt with Marcia Nelson, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her professionalism was compimented by her Southern charm which provided a unique experince. I observed her and other members of the staff handling problems that quelled any worries that any of the other customers may have had.
