My car wouldn't start and I had to call AAA. After several attempts, it finally started. It was recommended to bring the car directly to Bozard which I did. Alex Vecerkovic was very friendly and ext several attempts, it finally started. It was recommended to bring the car directly to Bozard which I did. He followed up with status later that afternoon and said car would be ready next day. I was surprised that it was, in fact, ready by noon the next day. This was not a scheduled service call and I had not been to this dealer before having just moved to the area. I was very impressed how with how professional and friendly Alex was. More

Could not be happier! Bought a 2013 Explorer Limited in Gainesville last week from SECar Agency. Could not find key code for keypad. Thom Workman walked me back to talk with Art in service.
