It feels strage bringing non-Ford vehicles to a Ford dealership, but after the service I have received previously from Alek on my Focus, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. He is always friendly and patient, willing to explain what the car needs, and what my options are. Other service centers have rushed me through, or tried to sell me things I didn't need. I never feel that way when working with Alek. When I leave, I feel well taken care of, and confident in the work that was done. His communication is timely and precise, and he is very knowledgable about every aspect of the process. I drive past another Ford dealership that is 3 miles from my home, in order to bring the cars to Alex 30 miles away.
