As usual, Bozard employees are #1 in my book, as I'm always pleased with their professionalism and now, service after the sale. This was my 1st Service visit and questions about Sync, and the employees had me fixed up in no time, with my vehicle vacuumed inside and exterior cleaned and ready for pickup. When I phone or enter the service department I am greeted as an honored friend. My car is always fixed/serviced accurately and on time. I am giving Marcia Nelson a great review because she gave us excellent communication throughout our experience in getting new wheels on our new F150 Ford. Went in close to closeing time on a Saturday with my van that was haveing issues to say the least Alex and krystal help Bozard goes out of there way!
