I have been communicating with Billy Arndt since purchasing my 2013 Taurus. He has assisted me with various features of my vehicle and accessories numerous times. I gave the ratings of all 5's because these people went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. Not only did Jeff look into the problem I explained but had t went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. I will continue to use Bozard Ford even though I live up in North Jacksonville.
