I received letter of recall and called dealership. One phone call and Marcia had my recall work order set up, and arranged for me to have a loaner car as soon as I got there. No charge at all.... She was very helpful, friendly and on top of things. She was very kind to my little boy and offered him a snack. He remembers her from a prior visit and mentioned how nice of a lady she was (and she wasnt even our rep at the time). These are things customers remember when searching for a service provider. Way to go, Marcia! :) If we have to ever come back we will definately ask for her. More
After going to two other shops to fix my problem, and spending a good deal of money, i went to BOZARD. I resisted originally because I thought i would get lost in the in a big dealership. This was far spending a good deal of money, i went to BOZARD. I resisted originally because I thought i would get lost in the in a big dealership. This was far from the truth. I met Marcia a service person who was very knowledgable about the problem I was experiencing. She then introduced me to one of the mechanics in the shop. He listened to me and they both assured me the problem would be corrected. They were backed up and asked me if I would leave my truck a couple of days, I said ok and she asked if I had a way to get home she was wiling to assist in doing so, but I had no need. She called to assure me that they found the problem, and it would take a day or so to get the part. Two days later She called me in the morning to let me know that at my convenience I could pick it up. The price was fair especially after paying other shops to try to find the problem. She was courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. I liked the way they treated me. More

First - I can't tell you how Happy Billy & Kevin have made me to find the knocking issue under my Ford GT Mustang! I purchased this car used and when I heard a noise under the left rearend of my Mus have made me to find the knocking issue under my Ford GT Mustang! I purchased this car used and when I heard a noise under the left rearend of my Mustang - I took it back to the dealership that I purchased this car from and spoke to Billy Arndt. Bill took the car several times and each time he would fix what he thought was the issue and then it would happen again. Most dealerships would have given up on both me and my car, but not Billy or Kevin! These two guys continued to search for the problem and when they did fix it - they never made me feel like I was an inconvience to them. They where totally Professional and Bill always greeted me with respect and he understood my fustration and he was determined to fix the issue and make me happy. I live in Fleming Island, Florida and there is a FORD Dealership right up the road from my house. I would rather drive 27 miles to this dealership (BOZARD FORD) because of the way they treat their customers. They treat them like friends and family! I love this dealership as I have purchased 2 cars from them and I will purchase more. I want to thank Billy and Kevin for a Wonderful job in fixing my Mustnag! You guys are the GREATEST!! I highly recommend this dealership for not only the Sales aspect which was stellar but for the Service! These two guys are fantastic! I want ONLY gthem to work on my car going forward. They are going to install the BOSS 302 upgrade and I feel confident that it will be gone the correct way when my car is in their hands. Thank you again Billy and Kevin! I li Director: I wanted to take this time to email you in regards to your Quick Lane Service Department but primarily to recognize Kevin Bressler. I live in Jacksonville, Florida yet I drive all the way to St. Augustine just to have my car serviced. For some years now I have been coming to your dealership and I must say, “I won’t go anywhere else although there are several Ford dealerships in Jacksonville.” I purchased my vehicle from Duval Ford in Jacksonville and to put it profusely, their Customer Service in their Service Department is poor. I’ve also visited the Mike Shad Ford dealership for Service and it wasn’t any better. Perhaps I caught each on a bad day. But to say the least, when I visited Bozard Ford (referred by a co-worker) there was no doubt about it that this dealership was truly the BEST when it comes to Customer Service. Kevin has always taken good care of me as a customer, since Day 1. There hasn’t ever been a moment where he was in a bad mood, unkind, short patient or just unfriendly. He goes out of his way to exemplify a smile, friendliness, an upbeat attitude, positive feedback, attentiveness, thoroughness, knowledge and engagement with each customer (not just myself). It’s mainly his professionalism and his attitude that makes all the difference. It’s such reasons as to why a lot of companies loose business (hence why I tell everyone to not go to Duval Ford but go to Bozard Ford instead). So please can you take the time out to recognize Kevin at some point or another (if he hasn’t already been recognized) for his endless amount of exceptional Customer Service over the years of me coming there. I’m sure I am not the only Customer who feels this way but I am very thankful that great customer service still remains in today’s society, especially when I’m paying my money for a service. More

As "snowbirds", we are only in the area for 4 months. After realizing there was a problem with our SUV and it being Christmas Day, we thought it would take a very long time to get it in for repa months. After realizing there was a problem with our SUV and it being Christmas Day, we thought it would take a very long time to get it in for repair. We called the next morning reaching Marcia Nelson who from the very start proved to be an exceptional Service Advisor. We were able to take our vehicle in that morning, have a diagnosis by noon and the repair was finished by four that afternoon. Marcia, with whom it was a pleasure to work, made sure everything was going according to schedule and explained the essentials in detail as did Ken, the mechanic, who also showed us what was wrong with our SUV. The shuttle service was wonderful as was Mike, the driver. A+ for all concerned. They were very efficient and conscientious. We were very happy with our experience at Bozard Ford Service Department.
