We have dealt with the service center for the past 8 years and have always been satisfied. Marcia Nelson is usually who we have dealt with and she is very personable and knowledgeable. When we were in earlier this month we were having our 30k mile maintenance work done and dealt with a very pleasant cashier (I think her name was Kayla). We were very happy with the work. However when we returned a few days later for warranty body work, we very unexpectedly purchased a new Mkz. So whomever purchased our mint condition Ford Taurus benefited from our $440 gaffe. Very impressed with the entire Bozard family. More

Should have come to Bozard first time. Bozard Ford dealership and it's employees go above and beyond providing quality vehichles and service to their customers.
