Clutch assembly replacement 2013 Focus Alek was very supportive of the rough shifting and rough idling because of the clutch. He contacted Ford and the parts were ordered. When the car was not ready that day he arranged for a loaner until the car repair was completed, Alek is a credit to Bozard Ford, as excellent service is a factor when a car purchase is made. Not only do they service Fords, I have recommended neighbors and they have received fantastic service. The center has great waiting rooms with fresh baked cookies and popcorn. I never opened a door for myself. My vehicle always comes out washed and clean after service and I have never had to return with any problems. Alek Vecerkovic Alek was so kind and courteous. He listened to everything I had to say and explained the problem to me. My tire pressure fault light was on. It happ Alek was so kind and courteous. He listened to everything I had to say and explained the problem to me. My tire pressure fault light was on. It happened before and I took the car to the Quick Lube and they adjusted the air. At that time it just said tire pressure. When I spoke to Alek he asked if the tire pressure fault light was on. I told him I didn't think so. After speaking with him I went out and drove my Escape up and down the street. When I called him back he assured me that it was "SAFE" to drive and made an appointment for it to be seen.
