I personally work with Marcia most of the time and always feel confident my auto needs and concerns will be resolved. Plus, I like the fact that when I have to leave my vehicle, Marcia will call and keep me updated on the progress and she makes sure I understand any service recommendations or additional charges. Overall, truly a happy and painless experience as far as having a car serviced can be. More
Routine Lincoln MKX service I made two service appointments for my wife's 2013 Lincoln MKX and my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. The new Quick Lane Service Center is amazing, I felt I made two service appointments for my wife's 2013 Lincoln MKX and my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. The new Quick Lane Service Center is amazing, I felt like I was entering a resort lobby. The atmosphere is luxurious with no detail overlooked. The lounge area is inviting and upscale, the premise was spotless, the creature comforts with coffee, tea and water, WiFi Internet and even PC's were provided - I almost forgot the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, they have those too. Kevin greeted me promptly and immediately had my car in the service department. I marveled at how Kevin never stopped for a moment, constantly checking on customers cars, interfacing with the service technicians and ensuring that all was as it should be. Both cars were washed, vacuumed and returned to me in spotless condition. Both cars were inspected, serviced and both were done under an hour. Even though I live in Jacksonville, I could go to local dealers for servicing, but I am always treated professionally and expertly by my friends at Bozard and that is worth the short drive down to St. Augustine to experience the best service I have ever had at any dealership to date. I walked across the street to the new car showroom to say hello to my friend and salesman Henry Rowe and unlike most car buying experiences, I look forward to meeting and talking with everyone at Bozard, who I trust for all of my new car and service needs. Bozard Ford Lincoln is definitely #1 in my book and I tell everyone I know about them, they really do care about their customers and treat each with respect, dignity and go out of their way to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied - and I am, maybe even 110%! First I like Ford Dealerships and this one is at the top. Marcia was very helpful and courtious. I went in because I neede to have my batteries checked and charging system. In checking that and the 19 point service, I needed rear brakes too. They scheduled me for the next day as I would have to wait. The fixes were done quickly and I got my truck back cleaner than when I got there. I recommend this dealership very highly. More

Air conditioner repair I brought my car into Bozard because the a/c had not been working properly for some time. Marcia was very helpful in getting the repairs sheduled and I brought my car into Bozard because the a/c had not been working properly for some time. My vehicle was pulling to the left and entire vehicle would vibrate. Delivered my vehicle to Bozard at about 730a. Spoke with the Service Advisor, Crystal, who I had spoken to the previous day when I had scheduled the appt. A very friendly and personable young lady. I told her it might be the tires because they were old and dry rotted. I asked at about what time would they get the vehicle in to look at it. SA said " sometime this morning " and I said... well, I would hope so, my appointment is at 8a. Thinking, huHm, not sure about appointments anymore, do they really mean anything? Anyway, walked over to Enterprise Car Rental now located in the new Bozard Quick Lane building. I have rented from them before when I had to leave my vehicle with Bozard. Enterprise was just opening and I told the clerk there I needed to rent a car. A very personable young man... He said are you at Bozard? I said yes. He said, oh sorry, we don't have any cars to rent. U don't have any cars to rent? No Sir, sorry. We just don't have any cars now but I can rent U a F150 4 wheel drive truck for 45 bucks. That's the ONLY vehicle we have. JEeez buddy, I'm thinking, WHY are U even bothering to open then, I mean, like, what's the point? (Seinfeldsque) And besides, I looked on your web site last nite and U had an economy for 31 bucks. Well Sir, sorry we just don't have any cars to rent AT ALL just the one pickup truck. I said no thanks. I really was not planning on going 4 wheelin' at the beach. Just tryin' to get home, man. So, copped a ride with the Bozard Shuttle. Thank-you Bozard, I do appreciate it. SA called me at home at 1040a and said my vehicle problem was the tires and they had 4 in stock ready to rock and for about $950.00. I said great, do it, call me when U are done. Called Bozard at about 2p, having not heard from them, and said WaZzz up? Oh, they said, we only have 3 tires not 4. I said really, check my vehicle, I think it has to have 4 tires don't believe it will run on 3. Oh yes Sir, we sent out for that 4th tire. You sent out for it? Like pizza or what? U told me U had 4 tires ready to rock this morning. Oh yes Sir, sorry, inventory error. Right. ANYWAY, finally got my vehicle back at about 4p...greasey fingerprints all over my tire rims. U see, I told the SA, when U spend almost ONE THOUSAND dollars and 8 hours waiting for tires...U just don't want to see grease monkey prints all over your tire rims, it jist don't look right, git my drift, Swift? The SA was very apologetic and volunteered to clean the rims herself. I said no, it ain't your fault, besides, U got other things to do. Get me some cleaner and I will do it myself. She did and I did it. Am I not just the greatest feller in the world? Moral of the story: a troubling trend i.e. why do some of the biggest businesses TOOT their horn like a runaway freight train only to deliver rather unremarkable services or products all the while teaching their employees to apologize repeatedly to the customer? Maybe to improve services, products etc., Bozard and Enterprise, among others, should DONATE 10 BUCKS to the customer's favorite charity each time their employee has to apologize for a lack of service or product? VERY HAPPY SERVICE EXPERIENCE our 2013 F150 Platnium decided to break down around 5pm on a saturday afternoon.Not a good time .I called Fords 800 number and a wrecker was sent in a our 2013 F150 Platnium decided to break down around 5pm on a saturday afternoon.Not a good time .I called Fords 800 number and a wrecker was sent in a very reasonable amount of time.The dealership was only 1 exit south of where we were staying. I went there on sunday about noon and Frank Serverius greeted me and showed me to my truck and explained the service advisors would be there at 7am on monday. I arrived at 7 the next morning and Marcia Nelson helped me. She got all the necessary info and explained that because we were traveling the service dept would do their best to get us going.I went back to our hotel and at 10 am she called and said we were good to go.When we got back to the dealership our truck was sitting there ready to go and all washed up and looking good.Excellent service on every ones part. Alex did a great job of scheduling this work and making sure an appropriate rental vehicle was available as I am handicapped. They also did the 20K service while our car was in for the recall. Last but not least, the car was cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new vehicle and this required extra effort by the team as I have a handicap scooter lift on the back of vehicle, so they couldn't just run it through the car wash. In conclusion I was very happy with the service experience at Bozard Ford and would highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs. More
