I waited for several hours to find out what was wrong with my car. I was set up with transport so that I could get a couple of errands done by a driver from Bozzard. Near the end of the day I found out that I had to rent a car. Marcia set me up for a rental and gave me detailed information about how long it would take for my car to be fixed and quoted me the price. I got a phone call from her when the work was completed. 20,000 maintenance I came into Quick Lane without an appointment and was assured I would have service in no longer than an hour and a half for my 6 month old Ford Flex.
