bad service manager my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at. the computer said it was misfiring on 2 cylinders. bozard told my ins. company it was due to maintenance. my car was running just fine when it was struck by another in the left front at about 40mph. due to the service manager saying it was due to maintenance my ins. company would not pay anything to fix the motor problems. when I went in to confront the service manager all he wanted to do was argue that its most likely maintenance but not 100%. i wanted him to admit that what he told the ins. company was not the truth and that it could have been something from the accident, but he would not. and after a few minutes of chatting the service writer got all upset and jumped up and got in my face and wanted to take me outside and fight. i told them to just let me pay for the computer check so i could leave and when i received the survey in the mail i would give them a bad wright up. that made them very upset and told me there would be no charge. still to this day i have never received a survey in the mail. that's one way to make sure your #1 customer rated ford dealer. i had the motor looked at and fixed at another shop and had to pay for it out of my pocket .. $652. thanks for all the help bozard. Wonderful result!! Marcia has been working with me for several months trying to find out what was making a vibration noise on the driver's side of my 2011 Explorer. I h Marcia has been working with me for several months trying to find out what was making a vibration noise on the driver's side of my 2011 Explorer. I had been completely frustrated with the noise while having to drive back and forth to Atlanta every 3 months. Last week, I got the good news. The vibration noise was finally found and she told me to drive the car for a day or two to make sure it was gone before I paid my deductible. I called her and paid the next day after driving the car on the highway. I am crossing my fingers that it will not come back. She also had the detail guy buff out some sticking white stuff that had gotten on my car. I was extremely pleased with everything she did in order to fix my car. She is so friendly and always has the best interests of her customers as the top priority. More

My 1st service visit Had a tail light not working properly. They were extremely friendly on the phone with arranging my appointment and explained that I would have a loane Had a tail light not working properly. They had to order the part which came in the next day and they had no problem with my picking the car up the following morning because of my work schedule. All in all an excellent experience. More

Marcia Nelson outstanding Hugs and Service I arrived Monday July 21 before 7:00AM with a very best day scheduled and the last thing I needed was a car that would not perform. I brought my 2013 I arrived Monday July 21 before 7:00AM with a very best day scheduled and the last thing I needed was a car that would not perform. I brought my 2013 Fusion from another dealer some miles away as I seldom travel in that area. I put over 55,000 miles on my car in a year. The throttle body broke and had to be replaced. My local community dealer for years has not treated me right and I decided that I would give them a chance again. I will not get into the details anymore than to confirm my absence for years has not improved my feelings for them. Mostly, when I took the car to them and they were busy so they rushed me by saying the replacement part was under warranty and sent me on my way. They made no statement about the deductible required, so when I questioned it, they asked me to leave. I asked to talked the manager and he took care of it once I paid the deductible. The sad thing as the technician did not install the unit right and the car continued to give us problems. Well, I must tell you Marcia Nelson was there Monday before the scheduled opening to meet me with a Hug and a card to with it. She got me a loaner car and took care of everything. This is the reason you are the first in the nation. Your people care and provide real service. I was so appreciated that you have my business - I don't care that it takes me 45 minutes to get to your facility and have to pass two other Ford Dealers to get to you. Most Grateful, Pete More
