Service review My wife,s 2012 Ford Focus broke down Friday evening. We called Ford roadside assistance and they came within a half hour. I called Marcia Nelson the My wife,s 2012 Ford Focus broke down Friday evening. We called Ford roadside assistance and they came within a half hour. I called Marcia Nelson the service adviser and told her that the car would be towed to the shop, but I could not make it there until Saturday morning. She informed me that she would get the paper work started and reserve me a loaner car to be picked up Saturday morning... The Focus was repaired by Monday afternoon, and even though breakdowns are no fun I don't think it could have gone more smoothly from start to finish. I have Marsha to thank for this as she always goes the extra mile to make sure everything works out More

Mike picked me when I was done at work, too. Crystal Garrison is so cheerful and helpful in getting me in and out! Get job done by all! My Escape was serviced, vacuumed and washed.
