Serviced quickly and returned clean! I was over my 5,000 mile service interval and had only a one hour window on one day to get it done. Kevin Bressler was able to fit me on the date and I was over my 5,000 mile service interval and had only a one hour window on one day to get it done. Kevin Bressler was able to fit me on the date and time that was convenient to me. When I showed up for the appointment, Stewart Durden wrote it up and knew exactly what needed to be done at my vehicle's mileage. My vehicle was finished early and washed before being given back. Excellent work! The service team at Bozard was wonderful. I took my vehicle into Jeff and he had it diagnosed, fixed, washed, vacuumed, and returned to me in 24 hours The service team at Bozard was wonderful. Lack of details in service The service was completed in a timely fashion however the inside of my car had several areas were mechanic smudges/stains were on the driver’s seat The service was completed in a timely fashion however the inside of my car had several areas were mechanic smudges/stains were on the driver’s seat ,center console and door panel, and the lid to the oil quart was left with in the engine compartment and I didn’t discover that until I returned home and noticed it was in the engine compartment wedged between the hood jam . Additionally, a large amount of oil residue from the oil change was not wipe down off the undercarriage splashguard. The biggest disappointment was the lack of the aforementioned finishing touches pistvthe vehicle oil change. Thank you More
