A/C problem on Fiesta Our Fiesta's AC was working but after a stop and acceleration to speed, the A/C would stop working for a bit then eventually come back on. Bozard cleared the system and replaced a part, now working great. They did have the car overnight but it wasn't a problem. They are more then happy to take you home and pick you up. More

St. Augustine QUICKLANE is the BEST! I started a new job this week that requires me to drive 120 miles round trip and noticed some serious vibration at highway speeds during my commute. I started a new job this week that requires me to drive 120 miles round trip and noticed some serious vibration at highway speeds during my commute. I was due for an oil change anyway, so I came into the QUICKLANE and spoke with Ashley about getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I also explained the issue I was having with the front end vibration. She told me what it could possibly be recommending an alignment check. Sure enough it was out of alignment and the tires needed to be balanced. Within 2 hours I received a call from Ashley telling me the work was complete. This made my entire week since this was my only day to have the work done for the next 3 weeks. Drove to work today and it was a smooth and vibration free ride the entire way. Thanks again to the AMAZING TEAM at the Bozard Ford QUICKLANE for taking care of my vehicle troubles so promptly and making my long commute to work a safer one. More

Recall Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I told Jeff the problem was when I brought my truck in I turned off the radio and AC. When my truck was ready the radio Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I had compass on my settings it was changed and the seat was pulled forward. This is my truck. The only thing should have been touched was the seat belts. When I have my truck in for service I don’t want anything else touched. More
