Great Service We bought our 2015 Lincoln MKC here and have had great service since our sale. Recently had a navigation problem that we made an appt with Alex our se We bought our 2015 Lincoln MKC here and have had great service since our sale. Recently had a navigation problem that we made an appt with Alex our service advisor. He arranged for a rental car and dropped car off at the designated time. Rental car was waiting for us. When the care was repaired under warranty, we received prompt notification and returned our rental car and picked up our MKC. So glad we purchased at Bozard which is 5 minutes away as it has been and will be a great experience for us. Mike Ruda More

True meaning of customer service After having my concerns blown off by 2 other Ford dealerships in Jacksonville I drove all the way to St. Augustine in the hopes Bozard could help.
