They are excellent in keeping you updated with the status of the service of our vehicle. We have the pleasure of attending the Lincoln reception/technology event and Sharyl was wonderful. She was very informative and patience with all of the questions we had. Tom Krell was very attentive and responsive in making sure all concerns were handled immediately. The entire process of buying a car at Bozard Ford was much easier and less stressful than any other car purchases I have made previously. The Best Service Department!!! I have to say if you are not bringing your Ford into Bozard for service, you are doing yourself a great injustice. I came back to the service departme I have to say if you are not bringing your Ford into Bozard for service, you are doing yourself a great injustice. I came back to the service department as I recently purchased 4 michelin tires. I did not find the ride as smooth as the Michelins that were taken off the car. I contacted Greg Brown and he suggested I bring the car back to further evaluate my issue with the ride. Greg contacted Michelin and received authorization from Michelin to install a new tire in place of one that was indexed on my wheel and was questionable regarding the "number rating" which resulted from the road force balance. Greg is the best Service Manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with in the past 40 years. He is the most patient and understanding manager I have ever met. The interest he takes in your vehicle is what sets Greg apart from all the other service advisors in any other dealership. I have to say it is worth buying a Ford at Bozard just so you can meet this gentleman!! Greg, I take my hat off to you!!!!! More

pm maintenance on explorer My explorer reminded me it was due for oil change. I did not make an appointment and showed up early after getting off night shift. Marsha Nelson set me up for the maintenance that was needed. I left the suv and went home for some rest. When it was finish Marsha waited for a short time to give me a little sleep then called and left a message. The work was finished and it looked really clean and nice. They are all good people and easy to work with. This explorer is not the first auto nor will it be the last one I buy from Bozard ford Lincoln. Thank you so much for being there and standing by you warranty and beyond. More
Repair Fusion Had the car in after a squirrel moved into the engine compartment. Bozard did a good job repairing the damage, and Marcia Nelson was very helpful and Had the car in after a squirrel moved into the engine compartment. Bozard did a good job repairing the damage, and Marcia Nelson was very helpful and attentive. 3 observations: 1. Communication between Bozard and the insurance company was bad both ways. I had to get in the middle of the phone tag with an email to both parties to get them on the same page. 2. A Bozard tech claimed to have done a "free" multi-point inspection. However, two days later, the engine light came on, saying I was in need of an oil change. The oil was dirty, although I was not close to the mileage interval called for on the Bozard Oil change windshield sticker. I had last had my oil changed by Bozard in January of 2016. Had they really checked the oil, they would have seen it. 3. I had them change the headlights to a white LED, and it has really helped. Well worth the money More
