Good service this time, not so good service last time As snowbirds we bring our 5th wheel and Ford F350 to Florida every winter. And about when we hit St. Augustine we have to get an oil chance. Last year when we got the oil change everything went well until I returned to my home dealer (Bob Shope Ford, Elizabethtown, KY) and when I got my next oil change was told that I had a stripped oil plug from the last oil chance service. That had to be your dealership. It was only 11 bucks to replace, but still it didn't sit well. Obviously not enough not to go back to your dealership because you're the only one in the area. This time it appeared to go well. I'll let you know this time if I have another stripped oil plug. More
