While on vacation in St Augustine, my Ford 250 SD diesel needed shop work on the engine. Your service advisor, Crystal Garrison, was totally aware of my urgency and the fact that I needed to be back home b needed shop work on the engine. My F250 was at your shop for five days during which, Crystal kept me informed of the shop's progress and issues arising from the mechanical problems. Your mechanic, Steve Wright corrected the engine problem, as well as, a DEF pump problem that another Ford dealer, in Atlanta, GA could not correct in three shop visits. Travis Thornton was very personable in offering his services to me including washing my truck. Based on your staff that I interacted with, I would gladly make your Service Department my dealer of choice, unfortunately I live in Marietta, GA. I recently came into your dealership because I have heard nothing but great things about this dealership and my friends were right! As soon as I drive up to the service lane a young man named Travis greeted nothing but great things about this dealership and my friends were right! As soon as I drive up to the service lane a young man named Travis greeted me and he was very polite. Before my car was getting worked on I spoke with Crystal who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It doesn't stop there. When I heard my car was ready I was in shock on how clean it was! I used to go to Gary Yeoman's and all they did was quickly wash the outside of the car. My car had not been cleaned in a few months and Travis did an extraordinary job; even vacuuming the trunk! The car looked like it first did when I purchased it. From now on, this is my dealership.
