Tom was fabulous! I had called him a few weeks ago to get some direction on how to handle our situation and to see what would be needed by the dealer. Throughout the day Monday and Tuesday he communicated with us and with our credit union to set up the purchase of our new Ford Focus. He worked with my husband when he went to sign the papers and worked with me when we went to pick up the car giving me a tutorial of all those buttons! He's funny and pleasant and I would not hesitate coming back there for another vehicle. My son had bought a car from Bozard a few months ago and although I only helped him by phone gathering some info for him, my husband accompanied him to the dealership. My son's process was also just as smooth as can be. I actually bought a car from you about 10 years ago when you were located on San Marco. I only remember good things from that transaction as well. We do not have a need for any more vehicles in the next few years, but we do have 2 more children and I have a husband that loves to buy cars, so we will be back! Having never owned a Ford pickup, my wife and I stopped by Bozard Ford to check out the F-150. We were greeted by Chase Burnett.
