Charles was great from the start, took his time and answered all of our questions and concerns. He even took a 50 mile test drive to our house to see if the truck would accomodate our parking situatio answered all of our questions and concerns. They didn't play any games with me such as hiding my keys that other dealerships have tried in the past. Bozard Ford also offered a wide range of extended warranties and Terry explained all the options available to me while giving me a plan that best suited my personal situation. In summary I give both Bozard Ford and my salesman Steve Purdy the highest recommendation and I will certainly return there to buy my next vehicle a few years down the road. More

We were impressed...phoned him three days later and eventually worked out a deal on a new Edge. Process was not rushed, not pressured, candid conversations. Price was very competitive so we bought. Finance Assistant Manager AJ followed up with again a no pressure explanation about extended warranties, etc. This is no "boiler room" operation. Dealership has a very modern service area, attractive waiting room area for service versus others in the JAX area. We also own a Lexus and would say that the buying experience was on a par with a luxury dealership. Well Done Bozard and Bruce Gailbraith! More
