We finally got around to coming down from Jacksonville to look. Mr.Robertson showed us some vehicles on the lot that might interest us but I finally decided to save some time and look for a Ford. The Ford Edge showed up on the computer inventory and we agreed that it would be nice to try. Mr. Robertson had extensive product knowledge and at no time used any pressure sales tactics. He worked us through the deal and gave us what we wanted for our trade. I had no idea my wife and I would leave with a car. This was THE ONLY car dealership that I have dealt with where I left there with a smile on my face!!! I will never use another dealership and I highly recommend Bozard for any vehicle needs. More

Then came in Frank he worked with me via email to stay in budget and find a truck that fit all of our needs and a lot of our wants. When we walked in we were met with smiles and our kids were given snack (so you know your in their good graces too). We told our good friends over dinner the evening after we came home with our new truck about Frank and Bozard. On Saturday 2 days after our purchase we came back in to see frank and get our interior stain guarded and there walks in our friends to meet Frank for themselves. Hats off to Frank and Bozard you have changed our mind about what car buying should be like. More

Raptor I called Luis Crespo on Friday 19 September and told him I was interested in the Blue Raptor you had on your lot. We worked on it and could not get w I called Luis Crespo on Friday 19 September and told him I was interested in the Blue Raptor you had on your lot. We worked on it and could not get where I wanted to be. He called me back on Saturday and we were still working on it. Sunday I received a phone call telling me the Blue one had been sold, however if I would like to purchase the Red one we could make a deal. We agreed on a price that moment and I told him I would be down on Monday to purchase the Raptor. Monday morning I went to NFCU picked up my check and drove 70 minutes to Bozard. When I arrived I was met by Freddy Brown who told me Luis was not in and he would be taking care of me. He was great and helped me with everything. This was another great experience at Bozard. We went to Bozard Ford and were greated by Freddie right away. He asked about what we were interested in and we talked about a standard cab F-150 because it was in our price range. He brought out one that we wanted to see, but I thought I wanted one with more passenger room in the back. He knew we were concerned about price, but he said that we could cruise around the lot and see what they had. They have a lot of trucks! A great selection in all models and price ranges. We found a few extended cabs that we liked but the price was a little over the top of our range on a red one I liked best. He asked several questions about our situation to determine what discounts and rebates we may be eligible for. Turns out we qualified for one of the biggest rebates: the military veteran. We would not have even known to ask about that, but they did. They also gave us a great price on our trade in...more than we had even hoped for. When Luis came to help Freddie, he asked if we drove it outside the dealership. I said no, that I was a little nervous. But he wanted me to get a feel for how it drives. We went for a nice long test drive and he showed me all the features and made sure I was comfortable in the truck. He said we don't want to put you in something you won't like. We soon put a great package together that we were very happy with. The manager came over later and said he knew we really wanted the bright red extended cab over the regular cab, so they made it work. We are so pleased with their service. Their followup has been great, showing us how to work Sync Services and other questions I had. These folks gave us the best car-buying experience we ever had. Friendly, not pushy, great selection, very interested in seeing us happy above everything else. Thanks Freddie, Luis, T.J. and all the rest who helped us get our great truck. More

While looking for a new truck I visited several local dealerships and was met with the same pushy, no knowledge and non transparent service with all b While looking for a new truck I visited several local dealerships and was met with the same pushy, no knowledge and non transparent service with all but Bozard. Every other place lacked concern for what I was looking for. Patrick at Bozard didn't try to put me in a truck I didn't want. Other places completely ignoring what I was looking for went as far as to try to sell me a sedan when I came in looking for a heavy duty pick-up truck. I had no credit and Tom and Chris were still able to get me financed on a 10 year old truck with over 100,000 miles on it. I am heavily tattooed and some other dealerships pretty much treated me like i was in there just kicking tires, and others were incredibly overbearing and conveyed the typical greasy car salesman vibe. At Bozard I was treated with respect, and listened to and felt like they were truly working for me not their commission check. I plan on buying a newer truck in one year, and buying my wife and new truck as well, as vehicles for both my children a few years after that, and can assure you I will only be buying at Bozard. I have since recommended them to everyone I know and, will continue to do so. My father-in-law who is in the market for a new truck will be visiting there soon as well. Great service, friendly sales reps, and great prices. couldn't make up a better dealership. More
