Patrick spent considerable time with me reviewing every model and all the options. Patrick's in depth knowledge of the products helped me determine what was the right match for my needs. He located the right truck with the options I wanted, discussed in depth financing.( other dealers sales personnel would turn you over to a finance manager at this point) Not Patrick, he took care of those details which was rewarding and saved time. We agreed on price and payment and set a time the next day for delivery. I did not have a ride out to Bozard the next day. No problem! We set up a time, he stayed in touch with me, verified that the Musangs I wanted to see were available, and was available when we arrived as planned. He was very helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process, never pushy or overbearing. We agreed on a model and price. Chris Gonzales got us even better financing than originaly discussed-a nice surprise. While we completed the transaction, Mike got the Mustang ready to go, and presented it with class, showing us all the bells and whistles, even synced my phone to the vehicle. Bozard wants to be known for great service. Their actions back up their words as Mike Murdock and Chris Gonzales proved. More

Previous experiences has made me weary when going to dealerships, however my husband assured me that we would receive phenomenal service (as he did with the purchase of his truck two years ago). Everyone.. and I mean everyone we encountered yesterday was super nice and easy going. They were understanding, as we had our two young boys with us, as well as patient. I dare say they had all the answers when we asked any questions. I was impressed and relieved when we did not have to deal with any high pressure/badgering type tactics that are used at other places. I was especially pleased with the ability to test drive the vehicle in a way that it felt like she was ours. The "family" like atmosphere in the waiting/lobby area that allowed us to wait in comfort was great. I have no suggestions on how to improve, because as far as we are concerned.. you guys are the absolute best. I have already recommended several friends to visit your dealership if they are in need of a vehicle. Mike... Chase... AJ.... and all the others that made our deal happen..
