From the time we arrived we felt like we were important to them. The Service Technician was able to diagnose my issue with my coolant system and successfully fixed the problem. I was originally going to wait, but the car needed work beyond the oil change & tire rotation that was scheduled. I do need to note that the new furniture in the waiting area is not appropriate for the disabled; the chairs slide backward when you try to stand, which is a fall risk. More
