We give alot of credit to David and Sarah for their customer support. We purchased an EV for the first time and they instructed us on the technical process of operating this vehicle. We give extra credit to David for spending the time on the installation of the charger in our home.
Car returned, interior extremely damp and moldy, Service return my car damp and moldy, bo one has reached out to me yet, I will be taking further action!
Took my 2021 3500 to get transmission replaced under warranty. Got it back after two weeks and now it shifts worse than it did before. This repair process has been ongoing since May of this year. Not very happy.
