Manny and the other employees at Boyd went above and beyond to make sure I got to drive off in the car I wanted. I previously went to over 15 other dealerships before Boyd and I was exasperated at how s beyond to make sure I got to drive off in the car I wanted. I previously went to over 15 other dealerships before Boyd and I was exasperated at how stressful it was. Boyd was the exact opposite. Upon my arrival, I immediately felt at ease after seeing Manny. He offered me a warm cup of Starbucks and was great with my surprise puppy whom I brought a long to avoid leaving home. I spent two days in Boyd trying to overcome obstacles that sometimes appear when picking a car you want. Throughout these obstacles, Manny stayed right by my side and pulled all of the strings he had to make my experience car shopping, a positive one. All of the car salesmen I have met, care more about trying to sell you a car than the overall happiness of the customer. Manny put me and my feelings first AND STILL got me in the car that I wanted!
