Great place - even under pressure of needing a different car Came to Boyd to look at an issue my CTS V developed while vacationing in the NC Mountains. Service was very good and professional - however my 8 year Came to Boyd to look at an issue my CTS V developed while vacationing in the NC Mountains. Service was very good and professional - however my 8 year old car needed more work than what I wanted to put into it - Ed Murdock is sales showed us a Cadillac Certified CT6 that really hooked us - a couple hours later we drove back to the mountains in a wonderful 'new' car! The staff was proficient, friendly, and showed great interest in helping us. And we got a car we love. More
