I tried using your Kelly Blue Book app online prior to my planned visit with Jeff. That attempt failed but it did result in several messages from your call center. The voice messages were not smooth and the caller forgot to hang up his phone on one attempt. This failure to disconnect resulted in a six minute recorded conversation between the caller and his co-workers. Apparently some gal hurt his feelings and he sounded like he could use a hug. I encourage your company to have the call center employees listen to a recording of their own voice in order to improve. The call center did not influence my decision to buy as I knew I was going to purchase from Jeff from the start. You coffee machine is a nice touch downstairs but I would like one upstairs as well. When I walk downstairs I feel like I'm entering metal shop and I would rather stay upstairs where the pretty cars are located. Your people are the single reason why I drive across town to spend my money at your facility. Your building is plain and the lot is even less attractive. However, your facility is kept very clean which I'm sure is not small challenge. Bowser is less than 1/2 mile from my home and are currently advertising the same models at far lower costs. I have purchased two cars from Bowser and although I liked the vehicles, I was not impressed with the service. How's that for feedback? More

Bowser - Excellence in customer service I was worried about buying/leasing with a car dealership because I felt that I would be taken advantage of and not treated fairly/respectfully. Bowse I was worried about buying/leasing with a car dealership because I felt that I would be taken advantage of and not treated fairly/respectfully. Bowser Hundai exceeded my expectations. I was treated extremely well. I was surprised how quickly I was able to complete the transaction. The sales associate, Jeff, was quick to understand that I did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealership and worked quickly to ensure that my finance needs were taken care of quickly as well as ensuring that the car was delivered quickly. All told the process took about an hour and a half to complete. Prior to even entering the store, I had an excellent experience with Bill Slater who was my first contact with Bowser. He listened to what my needs were and found the right program for me. He kept in touch with me throughout the process in case I had any questions. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Bowser Hundai. More
