My Santa Cruz had an internal electrical defect with the throttle which caused a loss of power. I was able to take advantage of the 5-year Roadside Assistance to arrange for a tow to the dealer. Austin called me when my vehicle arrived at the dealership and kept me informed of the status of repairs. He arranged for a very comparable loaner vehicle which was covered under the warranty. The repairs were also covered under the warranty and performed in a timely fashion. The dealership made what could have been a major inconvenience very easy. My vehicle is running just like new.
