As soon as that happened it went from happy to frustrating as his demeanor changed and I was left scratching my head wondering what was going on. I also noticed that the percentage rate was changed to a higher rate than the 2.99 that was discussed with our salesperson. My credit score was 810 (great) and we should have had a better rate. I could have gotten a loan from my credit union but was expecting a good one here. I've been dealing with you since it was Pontiac and just wanted to mention this odd dealing.
