JUST PURCHASED 2016 CADILLAC SRX ...the BEST!!! Just purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac srx.... I dreaded buying another car as I own another Cadillac 2014 XTS and here we go again with the torcher Just purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac srx.... I dreaded buying another car as I own another Cadillac 2014 XTS and here we go again with the torcher of buying another new car.... Dealt with Gary who is the head of sales for all of the Bowser stores and Michael at the Peters Twp.Cadillac store... Gary gave us the best price from the get go.... no game playing... harassing calls... just straight forward numbers to decide from the beginning... Everyone at that dealership treats you so nice and helpful no high pressure... no one could touch there price.... As soon as the warranty is up on the XTS I will be back for another car from them.... Thank you so much for making the car buying experience a delight for a change... thank you Gary, Michael and Scott.... Kim & Al Raible More
Worst Experience I've Ever Had I kept getting mail telling me they wanted to buy my used CTS and throwing out great numbers for what they would pay for it no purchase necessary. Finally, I saw a vehicle I was interested in on their website and decided to visit the sales office and have them appraise my car while I checked out the vehicle I was interested in from their site. The asking price online was 32,999 but when my salesman Nick pulled the car up he said there was no price listed and he would find out what the price was. When he came back he said the car was 39k. I said wow that's odd because on your website for the past week it's said 33k. He said not on their website maybe I saw it on a different site they deal with. So I hurried up and pulled their website up on my phone showing him the vehicle and 32,999 cost. He had the look of busted on his face so he ran in to speak with the general manager Larry. Nick said it was a "gross misprint" but since it was online like that they could honor the price that day only. I referenced the other ATS on their site that was newer and had less miles for 31k and Nick said that was sold. He can tell I'm not buying it so he brings the GM Larry W over who reiterates that the price of the car I liked was a misprint, but they would honor that price that night only. When I ask him about the other newer ATS he tells me they do have it. Then him and Nick argue over whether or not it's there before agreeing on the story that it's there and I can buy it but it's supposed to be sold. Oh, and they weren't giving me anywhere near what their mailer offered for my car... But let's make a deal before I lose the chance to take advantage of the misprinted car that they are gonna lose sooooo much money selling me. They said they couldn't negotiate the price any lower because they were already losing money offering it to me for less than what they paid for it. Needless to say, I didn't buy from them. The best part is it's been two weeks since I was there and the price of the car I liked still shows 32,999 rather than 39k, and the car that was supposedly sold is still up for sale. Do your research and don't trust anything the Sales team tells you. They are clearly not under good leadership. I am hoping they were just desperate because it was the end of the year, but there is no excuse to do business that dishonestly . More

Poor salesman Called to see if there was a car available. Salesman knew I was coming from 20 miles away. He told me the car was there. Salesman went to find the car. It was not there and then he tried to sell me on a different model that was $15,000 more! Stay away from this dealer. More

My husband and I were just going to look at the Cadillac Srx. We talked to Jim Gaydos and he was very knowledgeable. We really liked his demeanor and felt no pressure to lease the vehicle.
