I had been a Cadillac buyer when the dealership was owned and operated by Tomsic. I purchased an Escalade there and had complete faith in the product and loved that vehicle beyond words. However, I had never met a more "uninterested" staff in my life. The attitude was that if you wanted the car, good if not, thats good too. And the service was worse. That being said, since being taken over (a long time now) by Bowser, the place had improved leaps and bounds, especially the service department. You have a treasure with Tom running that department. I could expound to write an entire chapter on the ways he has helped me and bent over backwards far more than once to help me, and correct any situation that has arisen. ( I am currently on my third Cadillac purchased there) Most recently, I crashed my CTS on icy roads and after calling 911, he is who I called next. His calm manner and expert advice helped me in ways you cant imagine. The car was taken to the Bowser collision center and they also did a fantastic job in a quick and efficient manner. I couldn't be happier with their service as well. This is actually a small matter compared to many of things he has done to help me and my family over the many years I have been a customer there. I hope he is rewarded for his excellent, professional and caring manner in which he does his job every day. I continue to purchase cars at Bowser because of the professional and courteous manner in which they do business. Thank you More
