After some internet homework I went to see Rick Ricker, Used Car Sales. We test drove a 2004 Colorado, and I bought it. This was a No-Dicker-Sticker/As-is vehicle. The nice lady in the Credit department submitted a loan request to BECU for me, which passed. Rick made sure the cabin Fan rheostat was repaired for me, too. I was a little freaked-out when the engine light came-on, after driving less than 10 miles, but a phone call later I was back at the dealership where Spike made arrangements to have Service check-out the issue. They went above/beyond by taking the vehicle to the Chevy dealer for a small repair, providing & providing me a loaner car! I am a very happy Customer! More

Right before Christmas my husband and I happened to be looking for a car. We had our eye on a hybrid Lincoln MKZ and found the one we wanted in Spokane Wa, miles away from our home in Oregon. We made all the arrangements over the phone. It was the easiest car purchase I ever made. He offered to bring the car from Spokane for us to Kent, Wa where his dealership is and which would be an easier drive for us from Oregon.
