Bought a new Maverick from Bowen Scarff! It was a seamless process thanks to Chris who was able to chat with me on the phone and answer some questions. When I came in Chris was out but that wasn't a problem as Jason stepped in and took care of me. Highly recommend. No complaints here!

I just had my first service on my Ford Bronco Sport I bought from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA last December. Their service dept has always been very polite and helpful and they wash my vehicle after servicing it which I love. Maintenance dept I have dealt with Charles Omosa most of the times I have had to bring my past Fords in for oil changes and now my Bronco and he is always so pleasant and helpful. He's friendly and polite....thank you Charles for your help today. I want to give a shout out to Corinne Wheeler to, as she helps me alot as well and also so friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience with the Bowen Scarff team. Truly honest and easy to work with. I knew I wanted the Mustang Mach-E and asked for a quote; they provided it over text in writing. We negotiated everything on the phone and by text, and I went in, signed papers, and bought my very first electric vehicle.
