Paid cash but still had to deal with the finance department and they were the same. Very quick and easy to deal with. No knowledge about featurers the used car they were selling. I drove over an hour to look at this car. The salesman was nice enough and did come in on his day off but he had little knowledge of the car's featur I drove over an hour to look at this car. The salesman was nice enough and did come in on his day off but he had little knowledge of the car's features. He couldn't pull up the headrests or the back seats. He also told me on the phone that the car had a remote start (it didn't). We talked about the oil light being on (at 20% life) and he said that it probably needed to be re-set but told me that the oil had been changed. When I agreed to purchase it he sent the car to the shop to have it readied for release/sale. When I got home the oil light came back on, the next day it said 15%. When I called him he said I could drive it back up to him (over an hour one-way) to have it reset - then told me his manager would change the oil (again?). I felt that should have been taken care of prior to finalizing the papers and assumed it was when he sent it to be "readied". The salesman only put in under a half tank of gas for the test drive and didn't top it off when the purchase was being completed. I felt that was pretty cheap for a "5-star" dealership. I won't be returning. More
