Mikala & Chris understood my price point and helped me to stick to it. Chris was my main guy at the dealership and he treated me like a star as I struggled through some health issues. I had to cancel an appt, showed late for an appt- heck, I came in all grumpy and miserable for our first meeting. Sorry, Chris :) But he was wonderful and always made me feel welcome. I would be amiss if I did not also thank Laura for making the drudgery of paperwork a warm and pleasant experience. I have always had good experiences at Bowen Scarff Ford. From Sales to Service and magical things in between. They will always be my Go To for anything "vehicle" related and I suggest anyone reading this to give them a try.
