Caitlin knew a good amount about the products and seemed very genuine. The one negative was with the Finance department. The lady doing the finance portion was totally clueless about the Washington state tax exemption for Electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. Instead of admitting that, she made up how she thought it worked and tried to pass it off as fact. I absolutely hate when people feed me BS. She told me it was an exemption I claim on my taxes. Wrong. And when pressed on it she took the "I don't give tax advise" defense (ie "I don't know what I'm saying"). How it really works, per the Washington States website, is that the DEALER will file the exemption and the customer does not get charged state taxes for buying or leasing a qualifying New or Used plug-in hybrid or electric vehicle. They have a list of vehicles on the state website that qualify. Easy to understand and I would have expected the financial department to know that. By the way my vehicle does not qualify (would have been nice to know), but there might be others who did miss out on the exemption due to a lack of knowledge (Used Chevy Volt plug-in, Ford Escort Electric, etc). Long story short. Do your homework before you go and finance should really get a better grasp on how the tax incentives work. Also, never pretend to know something you really don't know. Customers hate being lied to. More

He was helpful in starting the process but failed to follow through on any new vehicles that had arrived o My initial contact was with Josh Markovich. He was helpful in starting the process but failed to follow through on any new vehicles that had arrived on site the following week as he had promised my wife and I that we would be notified. A week later my wife surfed your website and discovered there was another Lincoln added to the site but we were not informed of it. The sales manager was extremely helpful in moving the process along, especially with my wife and our bank accounts being over 3000 miles away. The person in the finance department was extremely professional and helpful with that part of the process. Josh went with me on a test drive prior to purchasing the vehicle. On that same day I left the dealership with the Lincoln MKC but I was lacking the hands-on or basic information to operate this vehicle. I sat in the vehicle for over an hour reading the manual. When I came back into the dealership and approached Josh I sensed that I was taking up his time to have some of my questions/concerns answered. I realize that I am substantially older than Josh and there may be a communication barrier due to our age differences. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to other future buyers. I wish I had received a sticker on the upper left corner of my windshield with the next maintenance/oil change due date. More
