He said fine , with no pressure. In two weeks I took my wife and talked to Ron Olson who was filling in for Tom. We drove two cars and my wife picked the one she liked , with no pressure what so ever. We appreciated the time Ron put in to explain to my wife the numerous Accessories and how to operate them. CHRIS KELLY !!!!!! I originally seen my now new car online and inquired about it and I received a text message and email from CHRIS KELLY telling me that the car !!!!!! I originally seen my now new car online and inquired about it and I received a text message and email from CHRIS KELLY telling me that the car was still available and he set me up an appointment for the next day to come see it in person and take it for a test drive. The next day I was at Bowen Scarff Ford-Lincoln meeting CHRIS KELLY and seeing the car in person. From the moment he shook my hand Chris made me feel comfortable and at ease in my decision making. I did not feel pressured to buy, it was stress free! As I was waiting for my credit approval Chris made sure to give many updates on the process as well as offered me and my mom water and coffee.
