I had seen it advertised on a couple websites and checked to see if it was still on the lot. Guess what -- it was! No bait and switch or "we JUST sold it. Let me show you something more expensive." I've purchased 20 or so vehicles during the past 45 years, so I have plenty of experience -- good, bad and scary -- with dealerships. Brandon Hopper at Bowen-Scarff was friendly, efficient and professional. He and the rest of the staff appeared to be following extensive virus precautions throughout the transaction, from test drive to paperwork. (I took off one star because I wanted more for my trade-in, but agreed to the deal because the price on the Tacoma was quite reasonable.) More
