I had been casually looking for a new car since the beginning of this year. Following a poor experience with a dealership closer to my home, I chose Bowen Scarff Ford based on their great online review beginning of this year. Following a poor experience with a dealership closer to my home, I chose Bowen Scarff Ford based on their great online reviews. I now understand why! I initially met Chris Kelly in February. He never once pressured me and would always quickly respond to my text messages when I had questions. When I finally decided to move forward with a Ford Explorer in July, the buying experience was very smooth and 'hassle free' as advertised! Chris is a genuinely nice person, laid back, and made the entire experience easy. I highly recommend Bowen Scarff Ford to anyone looking for an easy hassle free experience, with great customer service! More

We had been to several dealerships looking for a vehicle to replace my wife’s MKX. We had one very bad experience, taken advantage of, the rest were normal trying to get more than you could budget. They actually cared what you wanted and went beyond to accommodate us. The sales mgr Kari Weston was fantastic. She was on board to make sure we were well taken care of. The salesman, Sam Olson, was as good as it gets. . He was more than willing to answer any questions and demonstrate how things worked. Last but not least, was Lara (sp?) in finance. She was very good at explaining and showing what we were signing for. It was the most comfortable time I have ever spent in a dealership finance office.. We drove out in our new vehicle feeling very good about our total experience. And days later we still feel that way. They rate a five star rating!! Bruce and Karen Cowan More
I recently bought the truck of my dreams at Bowen Scarff Ford. From the moment I walked on the lot, he was very kind, helpful, and not pushy in any way! I visited many dealerships and drove many brands of trucks, but no experience rivaled my first visit with Ron at Bowen Scarff making it easy to happily return and work with Ron to complete my custom order. It took a while to be built and to arrive on the lot, but Ron kept me updated the whole time. He was accurate almost to the day with his date of arrival for the truck. And then once it arrived, the service didn't end there! He stayed after hours to accommodate my work schedule and walked me through every feature on my new Ford F250 Lariat. I can't say enough about Ron Olson. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, look no further than Bowen Scarff Ford! And don't forget to ask for Ron Olson by name :-) More
The Bowen Scarff Ford Service department should be known as the " No Customer Service Department". A month or so ago we took my wife's 2018 Edge in because the AC wasn't working, we purchased an extended as the " No Customer Service Department". A month or so ago we took my wife's 2018 Edge in because the AC wasn't working, we purchased an extended Ford warranty to cover these eventualities. Now Bowens Scarff found the AC was out of coolant but could not find in their word's "A warrantable part to send to Ford for reimbursement" so they insisted we pay for the repair or about $450.00, with the comment "We've added dye to the system and if it goes bad again just bring it back and we will go deeper into the diagnosis and you will be reimbursed for the cost except for the deductible of $100.00". At the time I really didn't understand the reasoning behind having to pay for what we believed was a covered repair but Monica the service writer talked so fast and made it sound like a common expectation that we paid and hoped for the best. Two weeks ago during the first big heat event sure enough the AC went out again and we scheduled it for a follow up with Monica thinking this would confirm the vehicle wasn't performing as needed and the fix would be covered under warranty. We went as far as to confirm that if this repair was a malfunctioning part we would be getting our money back and we were assured yes we would get the refund. My wife got a call last week that there was definitely a bad part under the dash and they would order a replacement and we could probably pick the car up the following Wednesday, and again we asked this means we will be getting a refund of the original bill and the consistent response was yes implying they would just refund it to the card originally used. That brings us to today my wife got a call from Monica at Bowen Scarff saying the bad part had three leaks and a replacement was installed, we could come pick it up anytime when my wife asked about the refund Monica said she would submit it to her manager for approval, then it would go to Ford, and we could expect our money in the form of a check to be picked up at their dealership in 7 to 10 days. As I stated earlier the Bowen Scarff Service Department should in the future be known as " No Customer Service Department". They sure want your money up front but getting what is rightfully yours will be taken care of later at their convenience. Do not use them or their service, keep your wallet secure and you'll be much happier. More
