I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco at Bowen Scarff and must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I reserved my Bronco last July so the wait was hard but my customer service rep M and must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I won’t mention the other Ford dealership in Seattle that was a nightmare to work with when I bought my last new car a few years back, but I will only buy from Bowen now. Brandon helped me out the day I picked up my rig and I was in and out in 2.5 hours! He walked me through the buying process and showed me all the cool functions on my Bronco.
