He gave me great advice and allowed me to place my order for a 2023 Mach-e as early as the order bank opened for dealership. He helped me refine model and options and answered all my questions, including on charging option at home. I can't say enough how great it was to be supported every step of the way, considered as a person and not just an order number. I appreciated the transparency, the professional answers and the incredible sense of customer service. This is a rare thing these days! All the way to the pickup Chris went above and beyond to ensure I get my car as soon as I possibly could to avoid renting a car after I dropped my previous car lease.
