I just had my first service on my Ford Bronco Sport I bought from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA last December. Since this was our first EV, it was a completely new experience for us — but Brandon was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He walked us through the manual, answered every question we had (even the ones we pulled from ChatGPT!), and spent over an hour going over every tool and feature of the Mach-E. He also helped us get the app set up and even arranged for the charger installation, which made the transition into EV ownership seamless. We also want to thank Laura Coburn in financing. She was extremely thorough and worked hard to secure the best financing option for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the process was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish.
